Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 tray
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopper

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Champignon mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil extravirgin
  • 5 cloves of garlic cut in halves
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 handful of parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushrooms in water. However, avoid running water.
  • Wipe them with a paper kitchen towel.
  • Remove the tails, let them whole, or chop them finely.
  • Place the mushroom caps with the leg side up, in a tray greased with a little oil.
  • Add tails on the cap, chopped or whole, and sprinkle some salt.
  • Add halves of garlic and chopped parsley on each mushroom cap.
  • Sprinkle the mushrooms with oil.
  • Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Serve them with fish prepared in the oven, or on the grill.

Notes

  1. Add finely chopped pitted olive on the caps.
  2. Then add spices such as white pepper, or garlic powder.
  3. Finally, serve them with fish, and rice, white or brown, boiled or cooked rice, as you like.
